So I'm trying to remember who told me that Toshiba was the best laptop to buy. Because I would like to take my "awesome Toshiba" and shove it up their........ok, nevermind. But that's what we've been dealing with all week. I took it to Little Rock Monday to get worked on, because it's still under waranty and that's the only place anywhere near hear that will honor the waranty. The DVD/CD ROM drive was shot, so they ordered a new one and replaced it. I picked it up on Thursday. And since the system issue wasn't fixed Tom re-installed Vista, which means we had to take everything that I wanted to keep off and transferred to the desktop, and all of my school stuff I transferred to my 4G SD card. Well, my SD card was still in the computer when I took it to LR (I forgot to take it out) and when I got my comp back it was gone. Of course, Complete Computing doesn't have it. He said, "Well, I don't see it laying around any where". **Sigh** So after hours of crappy customer service on the phone in the Phillipines with Toshiba, Tom still doesn't have it sorted out. He got ahold of the floor manager because none of the technicians would help him, then they would "transfer him" and hang up. So he'd call back, be on the phone for an hour, same thing. Any how, the manager said a level 2 techinician is supposed to call him back at 6. We'll see. I am proud of him for kind of standing up to the rude technicians! I must be teaching him well! But I'm still so irritated, and it's not even me on the phone! I'm sure I'll have to shut down and re-start at least twice while trying to finish this blog!
Anyways, on to better things. The other day, Tom had packed some gummie worms in Jake's lunch. Well when I picked him up, they were still in his lunch box, guess he didn't feel like gummie worms for lunch! I had some errands to do and he wanted them so I gave them to him. I asked him if they were good and of course he said "yeah". Then, about 2 minutes later, out of nowhere, Jake said, "I need tell Daddy thank you mom". It was the cutest thing! Usually, we have to tell Jake to say thank you, so this was awesome! I called Tom immediately and told him. Of course, when we got home he wouldn't say it. But it was cute while it lasted!
As several of you might already know, we have added to our Sugar Glider collection. Dad brought his 3 females to come live with me. He's just too busy for them. And since I already had to males.......well ya know. So, if anyone is going to want babies, I'm sure we'll have a few in the new year!
We went to the Christmas parade Thursday night. I swear that gets crazier and crazier every year. You have to get there so early just to get a spot to see that by the time the parade starts, you're freezing and ready to go home! At least that was the case with Jake and Macy. But what we did see of it was fun.
So here's a few pics regarding what I've talked about. I know everyone would rather see pictures that read all this, I know I would! But at least if I write it, I can remember it.

Gotta love the hat, says it all!
