Well, we've kind of decided to put things "on hold" as far as wedding planning goes, for many reasons which I'm not going to go into detail about, but it's nothing bad. Until we know where, we're not going to say when, because weather may end up playing a factor. So the possiblity of Vegas and November may still be an option, but we're not ruling out local locations and spring time. Actually, we went and looked at the venues on Petit Jean Mt yesterday. I'll try to keep everyone updated as we work things out. But yes we ARE still getting married! Like I said, this isn't a bad thing, we just don't have ANY details planned and before you know it it's right around the corner!
On to other stuff....
Jake has got to spend a lot of time with Nanny and Grandpa lately! He's one spoiled rotten child that's for sure! But he's happy and that's all that matters right?? LOL
Summer school has started and first term is almost already over! I really do love summer school though. I wish all my classes moved by this fast! I'm taking two more classes next summer session, then I'm still on schedule to graduate in the fall, YAY!!
I've been looking for a part time job recently. I've given my resume to a few organizations like Big Brothers and Big Sisters and the Boys and Girls Club, but I don't know if anybody is hiring. From what I hear it's EXTREMELY hard to get a job! If you hear of anything up my alley please let me know.
Tom and I had our engagement pictures made last month. We also had some family pictures made while we were at it. The one of Tom and Jake is absolutly precious, I love those guys!
We've been doing some house hunting. With my favorite of them selling while Tom was still "thinking about it." And it's not the one on the previous post, although I did like that house, it was way overpriced. The one I was really in love with was on Crow Mountain, with an awesome view. **SIGH** I'll post some pictures of some of my runner-ups. Again, if you know of any FSBO properties you think we might be interested in, please let me know.
So, I got a second interview with a job that I would LOVE to have, wish me luck on that please. It would be a perfect job! I get to work with a child, it's part time, and the people seem very nice. I was really nervous though, I can't remember the last time I actually went for an interview! :S

So, MAYBE the current offer will fall through and I can convince Tom this is the house I HAVE to have! Don't you love it??!

I guess that's about all I can think of for now. Hope all you guys had a good Father's Day. I'm pretty sure Tom did, but I'm sure he'd rather have been with his little man though. But he'll get to actually see him tomorrow, he's thrilled. So until next time.....take care all!

I drove by that house yesterday and there is still a for sale sign in the front yard. It is so pretty! Maybe the offer didn't get accepted.
